Mr. Morris has over 20 years of experience in Surveying and Mapping, holds an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate, and has significant experience in LiDAR, photogrammetric, subsurface utility engineering, and traditional data collection and processing for large and complex projects.

Principal Engineer
Mr. Howle’s experience since 1975 expands through many phases of Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Land Planning, and Agency Permitting. He provides complete project services from Planning and Design to Permitting and Construction for Transportation Facilities, Utility Infrastructure, and Governmental Sites. His design experience includes Roadway, Drainage, Signalization, and Lighting work.
