Mr. Howle’s experience since 1975 expands through many phases of Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Land Planning, and Agency Permitting. He provides complete project services from Planning and Design to Permitting and Construction for Transportation Facilities, Utility Infrastructure, and Governmental Sites. His design experience includes Roadway, Drainage, Signalization, and Lighting work.

Mr. Glass's decades of experience coin him as a multi-faceted surveying and mapping expert. His expertise includes a wide range of GPS projects and an extensive background in automated Data Collection and Digital Terrain Modeling.
CRAIG FULLER, PE
Senior VP of Engineering
Mr. Fuller manages and designs water and wastewater projects, including but not limited to water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, reclaimed water reuse, and hydraulic modeling. He has a vast array of engineering and project management experience encompassing hydraulics, water and wastewater facilities, reclaimed water planning, design, permitting, and construction services.
MARK FREDERICK, PE, ENV SP, CFM, PMP
Vice President of Civil Engineering
Mr. Frederick is experienced in leading multi-disciplinary project teams on a variety of infrastructure projects, including roadway and drainage improvements, stormwater retrofits, water/wastewater utility systems, parks and recreation projects, and site developments for public and private sector clients.
His experience includes 20 years of diverse engineering in stormwater management system design and watershed model development. He is able to incorporate GIS software to streamline development of model parameters for the ICPR computer software input.
